• Reverse-engineer, replicate, or manufacture similar products using TubeGrip™ content or specifications.
• Use our site or its content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Violations will be pursued under U.S. copyright and intellectual property law.

Engineering Disclaimer

Engineer-certified documentation applies only to the configurations and mounting methods provided by TubeGrip™.
Any modification or use beyond those specifications voids certification and warranty.

Limitation of Liability

TubeGrip™ and Metal Building Brands, Inc. are not liable for damages, loss of property, or injury resulting from improper use or modification of products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, with disputes settled by mediation or binding arbitration in Surry County.

SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Terms of Service related to SMS communication must be included in this document (not in the Privacy Policy).

1. SMS Consent Communication
   Information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications
   If consent has been given to receive text messages from TubeGrip, messages may be received related to the following examples:

   • Account notifications: Thank you for contacting TubeGrip! If you have any questions, please call 336-895-1425 for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out.

   • Marketing: Hello, your estimate is $__ for the TubeGrip Two-Shelf Bracket Kit we discussed today. Let me know if that works for you. Text or call me when you get a chance.

   • Delivery notifications: Your order has been delivered! Thank you for your business. TubeGrip Products.

3. Message Frequency
   Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 1,000 SMS messages per week may be received related to appointments, billing, or notifications.
