By purchasing, installing, or using any TubeGrip™ product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Engineering Certification

TubeGrip™ products are certified by licensed structural engineers for specific uses and load ratings when installed according to the provided documentation.

Proper Installation Required

Installation must follow all TubeGrip™ instructions, engineer drawings, and applicable building codes. Failure to follow installation guidelines may result in unsafe conditions, damage, or injury.

No Modifications or Alterations

Do not modify, weld, cut, or drill TubeGrip™ components. Any modification voids engineering certification, warranty, and liability coverage.

DIY & Professional Use

TubeGrip™ products are intended for use by competent DIY owners or professional installers familiar with basic structural assembly and load safety.

Assumption of Risk

By installing or using TubeGrip™ products, you assume full responsibility for the results of installation and agree to hold TubeGrip™ and Metal Building Brands, Inc. harmless from any and all claims related to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend TubeGrip™ and Metal Building Brands, Inc. against any claims, damages, or costs arising from the use, modification, or installation of our products.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TubeGrip™ or Metal Building Brands, Inc. be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including property loss, personal injury, or lost profits.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing or using TubeGrip™ products, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this Product Liability Waiver in full.
