TubeGrip™ products, designs, and related documentation are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Certain TubeGrip™ products and features are currently the subject of one or more U.S. Patent Pending applications filed by Metal Building Brands, Inc. with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

This notice serves to provide public disclosure under 35 U.S.C. §287(a) of the patent marking statute.

Covered Products

TubeGrip™ patent-pending designs include (but are not limited to):

• Structural connection systems for tubular-steel framing.
   
• Adjustable shelf-mount and bracket assemblies.
   
• Hardware integration methods that enhance load-bearing capacity.
   
• Accessory components designed for standardized 2.5″ square tubing and compatible structures.
   

Each TubeGrip™ product listing or packaging may display the phrase “Patent Pending” to indicate ongoing protection status.

Engineering & Design Integrity

All TubeGrip™ products are developed and tested in partnership with licensed structural engineers. While patents protect our innovations legally, the engineer-certified documentation ensures every product meets real-world structural performance standards.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification of any TubeGrip™ design, drawing, or related documentation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Notice to Competitors and Manufacturers

TubeGrip™ actively monitors the marketplace for infringement or imitation of its patented or patent-pending technologies.

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or commercially produce similar designs without written authorization will be considered infringement and pursued under applicable law.
