We stand behind every TubeGrip™ product. Each item is engineered, tested, and built to last, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return Policy

Return Period: You may return unused TubeGrip™ products within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging, uninstalled, and free of any damage or wear.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your return.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened or incomplete returns.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing hardware:

Contact sales@TubeGrip.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll ship a replacement or missing part at no additional cost once verified.
How to Start a Return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
